Within the past couple years, we’ve taken our love of real estate to the next level and have been flipping properties in Chippewa Falls!
In addition to flipping four Chippewa area homes, we’ve built three spec homes. The process of building and flipping homes is a whole new level of excitement and yes, stress too. However, the reward is in the return. We’re not just talking about the return on our monetary investment but also, seeing the fruits of our labor come together. It’s exhilarating when your hard work and design choices speak to buyers and results in becoming someone’s dream home! Not to mention we take pride in helping our community become a more beautiful space through renovations of homes that may otherwise sit on the market or be left to deteriorate.
